Boldchatcn resume library gives employers / recruiters
the power and flexibility to find and engage with the top quality talents
they need. Our Resume Library offers an extensive database that allows
fairlead to quickly fill open opportunities. In order to protect the
security of our candidates, we carry out checks on all new customers. This
may delay access if you are purchasing Resume Library access out of normal
working hours. The Resume Library "RL" is to be accessed and used solely by
subscribed RL account holders or those who are issued permission to access
such account by holder. Boldchatcn grants user a limited, terminable,
non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the Boldchatcn Resume
Library for no other purpose than viewing and/or downloading softcopy
content (collectively "Resumes") solely for his/her use not for distribution
or sale. Authorized Resume Library "RL" users may download, one at a time
and access unlimited Resumes in accordance to the Terms and Agreement of the
subscription bought. Please note that the term "download" shall include: (i)
viewing or clicking on a Resume page; (ii) saving a Resume to a folder;
(iii) printing a Resume; (iv) copying a Resume; (v) emailing or forwarding a
Resume; and/or (vi) any other action that results or could result in your
use of a Resume or any of the information contained therein. Neither the
account holder nor the Authorized Resume Library users may use the Resume
Library in any way which, in Boldchatcn's sole judgment, adversely affects
Boldchatcn's business, business prospects, the performance or function of
any services or the Resume Library, or interferes with the ability of other
subscribers to access the Resume Library. Further, use of the Resume Library
by account holder or by Authorized users may not interfere with or violate,
in any manner, the privacy election of Boldchatcn Job Seekers. You
understand and agree that any violation will give boldchatcn the right to
immediately terminate any and all access to the Resume Library and to
terminate any corresponding Agreements.
Resume postings must contain accurate information of the
individual who is seeking employment on a full-time, part-time, or
contractual basis on his or her own behalf. Boldchatcn is under no
obligation to monitor the Documents posted on the site, but it may monitor
Documents at random. Documents found to violate the posting rules may be
removed at boldchatcn's sole discretion. All resumes will be achieved and
stored for six (6) months from the posting/submitting date of the Resume(s).
Please note our trust and site security team thoroughly
reviews each Posting before it goes live on our site as a promise to protect
our users and customers. There may be a delay between when you complete the
posting process and when your Posting can be found publicly on our website.
An invoice will automatically be sent via email not exceeding 2 hours of
completing transaction. Boldchatcn reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to move, modify, or remove entirely any Posting if boldchatcn
deems such posting to conflict with the best interests of its Users or
detract from the User experience. Advertisers may not advertise multiple
openings in a single posting. Each Postings is considered or described as a
single opening. Advertisements posted will remain online for the prescribe
agreed period but not exceeding twenty four (24) months. All advertisements
posted will be archived / stored for 30 days after its expiration date.
