A. Most job adverts have a button on them marked Apply Now. If you click on that you'll be directed to the application page on our website. Then all you need to do is upload your resume, complete the online

       application form and you're done. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation message so you know we've received everything.

A. Very rarely there can be a error in the system that prevents you from uploading your resume. Don't panic. Just contact our live chat representative and tell them which vacancy you want to apply for, and they'll walk you   through the process. Alternatively, just drop us an email to to find out more.

A. We know that searching for jobs online can be labour intensive. If you register your resume with us or signup for a job alert we'll connect you directly with top employers and share some of the load and email

       you with vacancies that match your skills and requirements. You can also follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook as we regularly post latest vacancies as well as links to helpful resources.

       Additionally, we can help you spruce up your resume through our resume review feature to make sure it's as strong as possible.

A. If it's on the website then it's up for grabs. As soon as a job is filled or passes its expiry date it is automatically removed from our site. You may still find a job listed on external boards but if there is no listing on our site then it's no longer open for applications.

A.  Sometimes, clients choose not to disclose salary information. This can be for a number of reasons. If you see a salary stated as Competitive, Excellent or Negotiable, the client may have decided to withhold this information until interview stage, in which you are able to negotiate or discuss when they contact you.

 

A.  No. If you decide to cancel your monthly plan, it will be canceled at the end of the subscription period that you chose and you will not be billed again.

A.  To create an account, please click 'Job Postings' and select the 'Register now' tab. Fill out all required fields and click submit. You will receive a confirmation email containing your login information as well as a link that will land you to the login page. Once you've entered your users' information this will then take you to your recruiter dashboard where you can buy job subscriptions and start your job posting campaign.

A. Job postings and Resume Library Subscriptions do not roll over to the next month if you do not use them. Our subscription are designed to offer monthly recurring access to our products.

A. We have unlimited resumes and social profiles. All users are given unlimited access per day.

A. Once your order is approved, you will receive a receipt for your purchase by email.

A. The maximum length of time a job advert can be live on the site is for 4 weeks. You can also set a closing date if required so that the job expires before the maximum 4 weeks period.

A. Once you complete your purchase online, you will be taken to the job posting console where you will be required to complete your job posting campaign. We have detailed documentation if you need any further assistance. Please note, when you purchase a job posting subscription, there may be a slight delay between when you complete the posting process. Your posting will be found publicly on our website primarily as  well as other integrated cross-platform partners. Over all, this typically takes about  24 hour clock GMT -5 time zone, we will notify you via email once your product is publicized.
